5 Ways to Maintain Your Healthy Smile
- Brush routinely 2-3 times per day with a soft bristled toothbrush.
- Remember to clean between your teeth daily, preferable before bedtime. Floss and or soft pics are very effective cleaning tools.
- Limit your intake of acidic foods, as these foods weaken tooth enamel, and drink water frequently throughout the day.
- Be familiar with the inside of your mouth. Look around regularly so you might identify any changes with your teeth and gums.
- Visit your Dentist and Registered Dental Hygienist regularly.
