Meet Our New Dentist!
Dr. Billy Lin received his Bachelor or Science with a Major in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto in 2012. He obtained his DDS Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2016, winning the operative award for excellence in dentistry. He is dedicated to providing evidence-based dentistry and is committed to maintaining your dental health.
At Bay Dental Group, we want our patients to feel comfortable with our team. We welcome all patients or those in the area looking for new dentists to come by for a visit and meet our newest members.
Quick Questions with Dr. Billy:
- Where did you grow up? I grew up in the City of Toronto and studied dentistry in London, Ontario. Recently, I moved to Sault Ste. Marie last fall to join Bay Dental Group and love it!
- What is your favourite part of the Soo? It is beautiful and there is no traffic! This is a luxury for someone who is Toronto-raised. I can also walk everywhere if he wants to, which has been very enjoyable.
- What are your hobbies outside of dentistry? Outside of dentistry, I consider myself a big foodie - I love trying new cuisines! I also enjoy taking it easy and playing video games.
- Why did you get into dentistry? I got into dentistry because of my influence from my grandfather. He convinced me to work hard and give it a shot - I have enjoyed it ever since!
